Located in the Austin, Texas area, Self Storage Bookkeeping Services is
owned, managed and operated by Gabriel Bates and team. Although we are located in Austin, thanks to
wonderful technology like email and fax, we will be
able to provide the same level of great service no matter where you or your
business is located, just like you were our next door neighbor. We can serve
clients in all 50 states.
How it all began ... As an area manager in the storage industry, I was disappointed with
the service we were receiving from the "management companies". Bills were
always paid late, payroll was outrageous, and come to find out, we were
paying all sorts of hidden fees. This is why I started Self Storage Bookkeeping
Services. To provide simple, accurate and timely services at an affordable,
straight forward cost, with NO hidden fees.
Qualified by ... Both my experience and education in
bookkeeping and self storage go into my services as your
bookkeeper. I have performed day to day operations as a resident
manager, been an area manager of several locations, performed full charge
bookkeeping for several facilities, all while working side by side with a
storage owner/developer. I have worked in the storage industry in the States
of Idaho, Arizona and Texas.
On the ball and up to date ... Self Storage Bookkeeping Services is a proud member of the
Texas Mini Storage Association. In addition, we subscribe to several
industry related publications to keep up to date on issues that concern our
clients. That is why we say "Storage is our specialty".
